1.1 All In Capital Partners ("AICP", "we", "us") is committed to dealing with complaints fairly, promptly and professionally.
1.2 This Policy explains how to lodge a complaint about our services, the timeframes within which we will respond, and how a complaint may be escalated.
1.3 AICP provides financial services to wholesale clients only within the meaning of sections 761G and (where applicable) 761GA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). We do not provide services to retail clients. This Policy reflects our internal dispute resolution process adopted as a matter of good practice for our wholesale client base; it voluntarily mirrors the timeframe conventions in ASIC Regulatory Guide 271 where practicable.
2.1 A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction made to us relating to our services, our conduct, or our complaints handling process itself, where a response or resolution is explicitly or implicitly expected or legally required.
2.2 You do not need to use the word "complaint". If you tell us you are dissatisfied and want the matter addressed, we will treat it as a complaint under this Policy.
3.1 You may lodge a complaint by any of the following means:
3.2 To help us deal with your complaint efficiently, please include: your name and contact details; the entity or engagement your complaint relates to; a description of the issue and relevant dates; copies of any relevant documents; and the outcome you are seeking.
3.3 There is no charge for making a complaint. If you need assistance lodging a complaint, contact us and we will assist.
4.1 Acknowledgment. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 to 48 hours (one to two business days) of receiving it.
4.2 Investigation. Your complaint will be reviewed by a director of AICP who, where practicable, was not directly involved in the matter complained of. We may contact you for further information.
4.3 Response. We will provide a written response setting out the outcome of your complaint, and the reasons for that outcome, within 30 days of receiving the complaint.
4.4 If we cannot respond within 30 days (for example, because the matter is complex or depends on third-party information), we will write to you before the 30-day deadline explaining the reasons for the delay and the expected response date.
5.1 AICP is a corporate authorised representative (CAR No. 001322188) of Wexted Financial Services Pty Ltd (AFSL 528444) ("Wexted"), the holder of the Australian financial services licence under which we provide financial services.
5.2 We notify Wexted of complaints relating to financial services provided under our authorisation, in accordance with our arrangements with Wexted.
5.3 If you are not satisfied with our response, or if you prefer to raise the matter with the licensee directly, you may escalate your complaint to Wexted:
6.1 The Australian Financial Complaints Authority ("AFCA") is the external dispute resolution scheme for financial services complaints. Because AICP provides services to wholesale clients only, complaints by wholesale clients are generally not within AFCA's jurisdiction.
6.2 Whether AFCA is available for a particular complaint depends on the circumstances of the complaint and the terms of the licensee's AFCA membership.

7.1 Complaints about our handling of personal information are dealt with under our Privacy Policy. You may lodge a privacy complaint using the contact details in section 3. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
8.1 We keep a register of all complaints received, recording the date received, the complainant, the nature of the complaint, actions taken, the outcome, and the dates of acknowledgment and response.
8.2 Complaint records are retained for at least seven years and are made available to Wexted and to regulators on request.
9.1 We review this Policy periodically and update it as required. The current version is the version published on this website.
